TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: July 4, 2026 Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Union Ignited platform. By accessing and using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE TERMS
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Union Ignited EOOD (hereinafter referred to as 'Provider') and the users (hereinafter referred to as 'User') of the software platform and the website unionignited.com (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform'). The terms are in compliance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Electronic Commerce Act (ECA), and applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

3. SERVICE CHARACTERISTICS
Union Ignited provides Software as a Service (SaaS) for digital wedding planning. The service includes:
- Creation and management of digital wedding invitations;
- Management of guest lists and RSVP responses;
- Table arrangements and event organization.
- Access to full functionality (including all advanced organizational tools) requires user registration and an active Premium subscription. Under the Basic plan, some features are restricted.
4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. The User is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date data upon registration and bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. The Provider has the right to refuse registration in case of suspected misuse.
5. PRICES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND PAYMENT
The Platform is offered via automatically renewing subscription plans (monthly or annual).
- Subscription Plans: The Platform offers two main plans - Basic and Premium. The Basic plan has limited access, and some advanced features are not available. A full comparison of the plans is available on the 'Pricing' page.
- Free Trial: New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. If a paid subscription is not purchased by the end of the period, access to features will be restricted.
- Prices: All prices are displayed on the 'Pricing' page of the Platform and include VAT.
- Payments: Payments are securely processed by an authorized third-party payment gateway. Transactions will appear on your bank statement as 'unionignited.com' or 'Union Ignited'.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period (monthly or annual) unless canceled beforehand.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Users generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, regarding digital content supplied which is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal is lost if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
- Because the Platform provides immediate access to digital services instantly upon payment, the User expressly agrees that they lose their right of withdrawal within 14 days.
- Refunds are only issued in the event of proven technical malfunctions on our end that are not resolved within a reasonable time.
7. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid period. Union Ignited EOOD reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately in case of violation of these Terms or fraudulent activities.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Platform (text, design, templates, software code) are the exclusive property of Union Ignited EOOD. We grant you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use them solely for personal purposes in connection with your wedding event. Copying or reselling materials is strictly prohibited.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Provider makes every effort to keep the Platform accessible and functional. However, the Provider shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages or lost profits arising from temporary unavailability of the service (due to technical reasons, maintenance, or force majeure), or for data loss due to User actions.
10. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
Any disputes arising shall be resolved through negotiations and mutual concessions. If this is impossible, the dispute will be referred to the competent court in Sofia, Bulgaria. The applicable law is the current Bulgarian legislation.
