Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Period
To guarantee you have complete confidence in our registry platform, we provide a 7-day free trial of our Premium plan. No credit card is required to sign up. You can fully build your list, test templates, and customize layout views to make sure Union Ignited fits your vision.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your paid subscription (Monthly or Yearly) at any time. To cancel:
- Log in to your registry account.
- Navigate to your Profile settings.
- Under the subscription details, click the Cancel Subscription button.
Following cancellation, you will retain full access to the dashboard features of your plan until the final day of your active, pre-paid billing term. No further recurring payments will be charged.
3. Refund Policy
Since we offer a 7-day free trial where you can fully evaluate the platform, all processed payments for monthly or annual subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost for the supply of digital content (SaaS) once performance has begun with your consent. Exceptions are made solely at our discretion in the event of proven, prolonged technical malfunctions on our end.
4. Instant Digital Delivery
All Union Ignited registry tools, digital templates, and guest dashboards are fully virtual, SaaS-based software applications. Premium tools are delivered and activated instantly on your account upon completion of your payment through an authorized third-party payment gateway. No physical shipping is required.
